Can I download your online courses?

The training can only be watched online as streaming video. It cannot be downloaded to a computer.

Can I use these courses to earn college credit?

No, All Contractor Assurance courses are non-credit and cannot be used for or transferred to any degree program.

What equipment do I need to take these online courses?

This course requires having a PC with Flash 8.0 or higher, a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 and speakers.

Can I take a class from more than one computer?

Yes. The online classroom can be accessed from any computer in the world with an internet connection. 

Do I have to be online at a specific time?

Currently, none of our online courses require you to be online at a specific time.

Can I get a refund?

Course enrollments are nonrefundable.  If you have questions about weather a course is right for you, just ask.  We'll work with you to make sure the class you choose is the perfect fit for your learning goals.
